From the Heart of Naples to Your Local Area
'QuietGrove was born out of a vision to introduce true Neapolitan pizzas to Rome. Originating from the Taylor household, our little pizza shop opened in 1985 as a quaint family-owned business with recipes passed down for generations.
Emily Taylor, our originator, honed her pizza-crafting skills within Italy, learning from renowned pizza masters in Naples, the pizza's birthplace. After her arrival in the UK, her mission was to offer an authentic Italian pizza experience, applying age-old techniques and sourcing the best ingredients.
Starting with a cozy 12-seater eatery, we've expanded into a cherished community spot. Despite our growth, we've stayed true to our roots, baking with wood-fire ovens, preparing our dough daily, and selecting premium ingredients without compromise.
Till today, 'QuietGrove' is still managed by the Taylor lineage, and the second generation continues to drive the spirited team forward. While we've adopted modern advancements, our core: forging scrumptious, genuine pizzas that gather people together, remains unchanged.
